We however never store your credit card information. It is provided directly to our trusted affiliate that handles the payment collection.

We collect the information to protect OZ, you and other users. To be able to detect any activity on our platform that is suspicious or might harm the service or our users.

An example of data we collect to enhance your experience is remembering which video you have been watching so you can resume from where you left off.

Who do we share this information with?

We share some of the information you submit with other users in the app. This will include your name and photo. For example, when you post a clip from a video for other service members to see.

When you share information outside of the app yourself we may provide it. For example, when you share clips you create on social media.

We have signed with international payment collection and billing companies who have vast experience in making the transfers as safe as possible. For your security, we never store this information ourselves.

We share your name and email address with the administrators of the service you become a member of. A part of the experience of being in the OZ service is receiving newsletters and letting the service owners contact you. This communication is based on your preference and you can turn off such mailings at any time in your account settings.

For legal reasons, we may at some point be obligated to share your information with individuals, companies or authorities. We may also do this if we in good faith belief that this must be done to prevent or detect any breach of law, fraud or security. This might be done to meet any requirements of a legal process or the applicable law or to defend our rights, our users’ rights or public rights.

You can object to processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict processing of your personal information or request portability of your personal information; if we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent; you have the right to complain to a data protection authority about our collection and use of your personal information.
